Loan Recovery Officer

NCRi Pakistan is looking for a results-driven Collections Officer to manage overdue accounts, engage with customers professionally, and recover outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers in the assigned area for collection and recovery activities.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate repayment arrangements.
• Ensure timely deposit and reconciliation of collected amounts.
• Update customer information and collection records accurately.
• Prepare daily and weekly recovery reports.
• Escalate difficult or high-risk cases to management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Core Competencies

• Bachelors Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in debt collection, recovery, and Microfinance
• Experience in collections, recovery, call center, or customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
