Job Title: Real Estate Sales Caller

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Sales Caller to join our team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, introducing property offerings, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling a high volume of calls and working in a target-oriented environment. Prior experience in real estate or builder projects will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 150+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients to promote real estate projects
• Manage incoming calls and respond to client queries in a professional manner
• Clearly communicate project details, features, and investment benefits
• Identify and qualify potential leads for site visits and further sales engagement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system
• Perform consistent follow-ups to convert inquiries into opportunities
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and site visits
• Meet assigned call and lead generation targets on a daily and monthly basis
• Prepare and maintain call activity reports for tracking performance

Requirements:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s qualification preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales or call center roles (real estate preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
• Working knowledge of Urdu and basic English
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Good follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills
