Sales Closer

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven and confident Sales Closer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into paying clients, handling sales conversations, and ensuring maximum deal closures. This position is ideal for someone who excels at persuasion, objection handling, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with qualified leads and close sales over calls or virtual meetings.
• Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Handle objections confidently and negotiate to close deals.
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert warm leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve conversion rates.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Closer, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of high conversion rates.
• Excellent communication, confidence, and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet strict sales targets.
• Self-motivated and highly goal-oriented.
