Job Title: Nightshift Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online) – On Site

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal

Job Type: Full-Time (On Site, Night Shift)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with 2–5 years of hands-on QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience to join our team. This is an on-site nightshift position that requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple bookkeeping tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online.

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare and review journal entries and adjusting entries.

Generate financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Maintain organized financial records and documentation.

Requirements

2–5 years of proven bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online required).

Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.

Proficient in Excel and data entry accuracy.

Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
