Position: B2B Sales Executive (US Market) — High-Performance Role
Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (On-Site)
Working Hours: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM), Monday to Saturday
Compensation: PKR 50,000 – 75,000 (Base) + Uncapped Commission

• Manage the complete B2B sales cycle for established US business portfolios
• Conduct strategic outreach and engage directly with US-based decision-makers
• Negotiate and close deals with a high level of professionalism
• Take full ownership of your pipeline and performance outcomes

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in outbound US B2B sales
• Excellent command of English with the ability to communicate persuasively in a corporate setting
• Strong closing skills with a results-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work a permanent night shift
• Ability to commute daily to Gulistan-e-Johar (Block 14)
