Job Description:
Frontier Call Center is seeking confident and motivated Call Center Agents for our outbound campaign. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, share service information, and help generate business opportunities. the ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Your Role:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Promote and sell company products/services
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections professionally and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities

Qualifications:

• Good English communication skills
• Confident, persuasive, and sales-oriented personality
• Ability to work night shifts (US-based campaign)
• Fresh candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply
• Prior call center experience is a plus
