Responsibilities
 

• Develop and maintain a robust corporate sales pipeline focused on TPA services
• Identify and target potential corporate clients with reimbursement and self-funded healthcare models
• Manage the entire B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing, engaging multiple stakeholders as needed
• Build and nurture professional relationships with key contacts in Human Resources, Finance, and senior leadership
• Consistently achieve or surpass assigned sales quotas and contribute to steady revenue growth
• Conduct consultative selling by thoroughly understanding client needs and tailoring suitable offerings
• Collaborate internally to ensure smooth contract negotiations and seamless service delivery
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and pipeline management
• Attend and represent the company at industry events and meetings to boost market presence
• Maintain timely and accurate records of sales activities and client communications in company systems
