Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive (Chat-Based) to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate should have minimum 6 months of sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply) and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

In this role, you will engage with potential clients, generate leads, pitch services, and close sales deals through Twitch, Kick, Discord, and Twitter in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads via Twitch, Kick, Discord, and Twitter
• Conduct chat-based product/service presentations to potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and performance
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
• Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months sales experience OR strong freshers with communication skills
• Excellent written communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in an onsite, fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)

Shift Timings:
Morning: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evening: 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Night: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM
