Job Description

KraveMart is seeking diligent and efficient Picker/Packers to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The position requires adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work effectively within a rotational 9-hour shift schedule. You must be comfortable using mobile Android devices for inventory and order management tasks. This role does not include team management responsibilities but plays a vital part in ensuring the timely and precise fulfillment of customer orders. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, reliability, and the capability to maintain productivity during their shifts while collaborating with coworkers to support overall warehouse efficiency.
Responsibilities
 

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders using mobile Android devices.
• Pack products securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transportation.
• Verify order accuracy by checking product codes and quantities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors promptly.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with company policy.
• Adhere to the 9-hour rotational shift schedule, ensuring consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily order fulfillment targets.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment activities as needed.
