Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Phone Banking Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with customers, providing information about banking products, and resolving client inquiries efficiently.

• Handle customer calls and provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Assist customers with banking products and services.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Follow company policies and service standards.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.
• Customer-focused and professional attitude.
• Basic computer and MS Office skills.
