Customer Support Executive

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 100,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, a clear and professional accent, and strong communication skills to effectively handle customer queries and provide a high-quality support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, emails, and other communication channels.
• Communicate with customers professionally and confidently in English.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Follow up with customers when required to ensure their issues are properly resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor.
• Meet assigned customer service and performance targets.
• Maintain a professional approach while dealing with customers.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Clear, fluent, and professional English accent/pronunciation.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Confident personality with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle difficult or demanding customers professionally.
• Previous experience in customer support, call center, BPO, or a similar role will be preferred.
• Fresh candidates with excellent English communication skills may also be considered.
• Must be comfortable working the 6 PM – 3 AM shift.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13, Karachi.
