Timing:

Monday to Friday (Saturday WFH)

Shift Timings (In office) - 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Shift Timings (WFH) - 9:00 pm to 12:00 pm

Joining: Immediate

Transport Allowance will be provided


 


Key Responsibilities

  • :Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Executive
  • .Assist in coordinating activities across departments to ensure workflow efficiency
  • .Support task tracking, follows-up, and deadline monitoring
  • .Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reports
  • .Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up action
  • .Assist in process documentation and operational compliance requirements
  • .Monitor task progress and escalate delays or issues when necessary
  • .Assist in maintaing orgaized data, trackers, and reporting systems
  • .Provide general operational support to ensure smooth daily business operations
  • .Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling operational information
  • .Support hiring cordinator and administrative onboarding processes
  • .Assist in preparing internal operational reports and presentation
  • .Coordinate with departments to collect required information and updates
  • .Support process improvement initiatives and documentation updates
  • .Provide backup support for administrative and coordination tasks when required.
