1. Administration & Office Management

  • Manage the overall administration of corporate offices and facilities.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations across all departments.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Maintain office discipline, cleanliness, and workplace standards.

2. Facility Management

  • Oversee maintenance of office premises, furniture, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Ensure uninterrupted utility services including electricity, water, internet, and backup systems.
  • Supervise office renovation and space planning projects when required.

3. Vendor & Contract Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and service providers.
  • Manage contracts for housekeeping, security, transportation, maintenance, and other outsourced services.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality.
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts and service agreements.

4. Procurement & Inventory Management

  • Manage procurement of office supplies, furniture, equipment, and administrative materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper stock records.
  • Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
  • Coordinate with Finance for purchase approvals and payment processing.

5. Asset Management

  • Maintain an updated fixed asset register.
  • Ensure proper issuance, tracking, maintenance, and disposal of company assets.
  • Conduct periodic physical verification of assets.
  • Coordinate annual asset audits.

6. Transport Management

  • Manage company vehicles, drivers, fuel consumption, maintenance, and insurance.
  • Monitor vehicle utilization and ensure compliance with transport policies.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for employees and visitors.

7. Security Management

  • Supervise security personnel and security service providers.
  • Ensure effective access control and visitor management.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and office security protocols.
  • Conduct periodic security assessments and recommend improvements.

8. Housekeeping & Office Services

  • Ensure office cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and outsourced service providers.
  • Ensure availability of pantry supplies and office consumables.

9. Budget Management

  • Prepare and manage the annual administration budget.
  • Monitor administrative expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Review invoices and ensure proper utilization of resources.

10. Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness and evacuation drills.
  • Maintain fire safety equipment and emergency response procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
