We're Hiring – Junior Office Assistant

Location: Onsite
Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday(Only 3 hours on Saturday)

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Junior Office Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be punctual, responsible, and willing to handle general office support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the office on a daily basis.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
• Purchase and manage pantry supplies as per office requirements.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
• Monitor and manage office assets, furniture, and equipment, and report any maintenance requirements.
• Keep track of office supplies and pantry stock, and assist with replenishment when needed.
• Assist in arranging meeting rooms and preparing them before meetings.
• Arrange repairs for office furniture, equipment, and other assets as required.
• Perform any other general office duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Matric
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Basic organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
• Physically fit and able to perform general office support tasks.
