Job Overview

Aetheron Private Limited is looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support the daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving lunch, assisting in kitchen-related tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and providing general office support to ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, serving, and managing lunch for office staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, pantry, and dining area.
• Wash and arrange kitchen utensils, crockery, and equipment.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for employees and visitors.
• Ensure kitchen supplies are adequately stocked and inform management of replenishment needs.
• Assist employees with general office support and day-to-day requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of common office areas, meeting rooms, and pantry.
• Handle office errands as assigned by management.
• Support administrative staff with basic operational tasks when required.
• Cooperate with all departments to ensure smooth office operations.
• Follow hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum Matric qualification preferred.
• Prior experience as an Office Boy, Pantry Assistant, or similar role will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and well-mannered.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and kitchen maintenance.
• Physically fit and capable of handling routine office tasks.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 42,000 per month
• Monday to Friday work schedule
• EOBI, SESSI, GHI, GLI.
