Job Summary

Our client, a leading Industrial Automation Services company based at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, is looking for a motivated and organized Administration Executive to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office documentation, coordinating administrative activities, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support to management and employees to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations and office management activities.
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, courier services, and official correspondence professionally.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Monitor office stationery, pantry items, and other office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for routine office requirements.
  • Support management and employees with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure proper filing and document management systems are maintained.
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and employee activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Administration, Office Management, or General Administration.
  • Fresh graduates with strong administrative skills may also be considered.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
