We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Assistant to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, takes ownership of their tasks, and is ready to become a trusted member of the team. You will support our daily logistics operations by maintaining accurate information in Salesforce and other internal systems, while gradually taking responsibility for key operational processes. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and build a career in international logistics.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Update transportation information in Salesforce daily.
  • Enter and maintain financial information
  • Update shipment status
  • Organize cargo photos
  • Verify, upload and maintain transportation documents
  • Support the Operations team with administrative and data management tasks.
  • Perform routine data quality checks and correct any discrepancies.
  • Follow instructions from the Team Lead and complete assigned tasks on time.

 

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently completing) in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in an administrative, logistics, or back-office role is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage but not required.
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
