Network Administrator/Architect

Saz Universal Links seeks an experienced Network Administrator/Architect with a strong background in network design and network security. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience in managing and optimizing enterprise networks, including expertise in routing and switching, firewall management, virtual private networks (VPN), and cloud networking solutions. This role focuses on the development and implementation of wide area networks (WANs) to support the companys operational objectives. The candidate plays a critical role in ensuring the network infrastructure is robust, secure, and scalable to meet current and future business demands. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the individual works closely with various departments to design and maintain high-performance network solutions.
Responsibilities
 

• Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure that supports the company's internal and external communications.
• Develop and manage routing and switching protocols to optimize network performance and reliability across wide area networks (WANs).
• Administer and monitor firewall configurations and policies to safeguard the network against unauthorized access and security threats.
• Configure and maintain virtual private networks (VPN) to ensure secure remote access for employees and partners.
• Evaluate and deploy cloud networking solutions to enhance scalability and agility of network operations in alignment with business goals.
• Conduct regular network assessments and performance tuning to identify and resolve bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate networking solutions that support new applications and services within the company.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, architecture diagrams, and security protocols.
• Monitor network activity and manage incident response to minimize downtime and impact of network-related issues.
• Stay current with emerging networking technologies and best practices to recommend improvements that enhance system efficiency and security.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies regarding network security and operational procedures.
