· *𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬*.

· Monitor and manage the inventory of surgical instruments, drugs, gases, and sterile supplies.

· Ensure all OT equipment is regularly serviced, functional, and properly sterilized, reporting any damages immediately.

· Manage duty rosters and allocate nursing, technical, and support staff to maintain adequate coverage based on surgical workloads.

· Enforce strict compliance with infection control guidelines, surgical checklists, and hospital SOPs.

· Proactively monitor and resolve any health, safety, or hygiene issues, including waste disposal and OT attire.
