About the Role
We are a leading Online Travel Agency (OTA) and technology company, building a digital travel platform that thousands of customers trust. We are seeking a Senior Creative Designer to join our Content Marketing team — someone who is brilliant, self-driven, and capable of owning the creative vision end-to-end.
This is not an execution-only role. We want a mid-senior designer who brings strategic creative thinking, deep platform fluency, and the independence to drive projects from concept to delivery with minimal hand-holding. You will work at the intersection of travel, technology, and storytelling — shaping how our brand is experienced across every digital touchpoint.

What You'll Own
Creative Design & Content Production
Lead the conceptualization and production of high-impact visual content for digital platforms — social media, performance campaigns, email marketing, and marketing collateral
Create, direct, and edit video content, animations, and motion graphics optimized for modern platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, digital ads)
Own brand consistency across all outputs — uphold visual hierarchy, color standards, typography, and tone across every format and channel
Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives — not just execute briefs, but elevate them
Experiment proactively with new content formats, visual styles, and emerging trends to keep our brand communication fresh and culturally relevant
Design travel-specific creatives that resonate — seasonal campaigns, destination highlights, promotional offers, and platform-native content
Campaign & Brand Strategy Support
Partner with marketing and content leads to shape campaign creative strategies — contributing ideas and creative direction, not just delivering assets
Drive competitive research and audience insight to inform creative decisions and improve content effectiveness
Lead ideation and pre-production planning sessions — bringing energy, structure, and original thinking to every campaign kickoff
Develop platform-native content strategies tailored to evolving digital behaviors across our key audience segments
Support product marketing by designing creatives that clearly communicate our offerings and drive user action
Project Leadership & Process Ownership
Independently manage multiple creative projects simultaneously — owning timelines, quality gates, and final delivery without constant supervision
Drive briefing sessions: ask the right questions, surface ambiguities early, and align on deliverables before production begins
Champion a structured creative process: brief → concept → review cycles → final delivery — and hold yourself and the team to it
Proactively identify creative gaps or risks and propose solutions before they become blockers
Collaboration & Communication
Work as a core creative partner with the content and marketing teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders as needed
Share work proactively, present creative rationale clearly, and incorporate feedback constructively
Maintain thorough documentation of briefs, creative iterations, and feedback — keeping projects organized and traceable
Communicate progress, blockers, and decisions in a timely and structured manner
AI, Innovation & Continuous Growth
Actively leverage AI-powered tools (generative design, AI video editing, prompt-based content tools) to enhance creative output and efficiency
Use AI responsibly — accelerating workflows without compromising originality, brand standards, or quality
Stay ahead of design trends, emerging tools, and platform changes — bringing relevant insights back to the team
Contribute to a strong creative culture and support the growth of junior team members where applicable
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
Strong motion graphics and animation skills — intermediate to advanced level
Expert understanding of design principles: visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and brand systems
Proven ability to produce polished, platform-optimized content across static, video, and motion formats
Hands-on experience with short-form video editing and platform-native content formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, digital ads)
Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for layout, creative collaboration, and asset organization
Domain Knowledge (Strongly Preferred)
Experience designing for travel, e-commerce, or consumer digital brands
Understanding of performance marketing creatives and how design decisions affect engagement and conversion
Familiarity with B2C marketing and how visual content impacts user behavior and brand trust
Experience working in a tech company or fast-moving digital environment

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design and creative content production (agency or in-house)
Experience working in a tech company, OTA, e-commerce, or digital consumer brand is strongly preferred
A strong portfolio is mandatory — demonstrating campaign creative, platform-native content, and motion graphics. Work from travel, lifestyle, or digital consumer brands is a strong plus
