Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Elevator Technician based in Karāchi. The Elevator Technician will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair elevators to ensure their safe and efficient operation within the shopping mall. Daily responsibilities include inspecting elevator components, diagnosing problems, performing repairs or replacements, and conducting safety tests. The technician will also maintain accurate records of service and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

 

• Proficiency in Elevator Maintenance and Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Elevator systems and components
• Experience with Electricity and its application in elevator systems
• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair for mechanical and electrical systems
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to work on-site and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards
• Relevant technical certifications or vocational training are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-traffic commercial environment is advantageous.
