Summary:

tapmad is looking for a Audit Manager for the Audit Department who can independently handle audit assignments and effectively manage coordination with external auditors. The candidate must have strong technical audit and accounting knowledge, along with the ability to present, explain, and justify financial data and supporting documents in a clear, logical, and convincing manner. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth and timely closure of audit matters.

Responsbilities:

• Independently manage audit-related matters and external auditor coordination.
• Prepare, review, and present financial data, audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Respond to audit queries efficiently and ensure timely submission of required information.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain relevant data and close outstanding audit issues.
• Review supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Assist management in resolution of audit observations and preparation of responses.
• Support improvement in controls, processes, and overall audit preparedness.

Requirements:

• Articles completed from a top 10 audit firm will be preferred.
• ACCA qualified candidates will be given preference.
• CA part-qualified candidates may also be considered.
• Relevant experience of 6+ years in audit and financial reporting.
• Strong command over audit documentation, evidence, and reporting requirements.
• Strong audit and accounting knowledge
• Effective communication and convincing skills
• Strong stakeholder management ability
• Sound analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
