We are looking for a retired Armed Forces officer, preferably Major or above, with strong experience in factory/industrial administration, security, discipline, and employee relations to lead the Administration, IR, and Security functions at our Karachi Factory and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Administration, Industrial Relations, Security, and employee services for the factory and warehouses.
• Ensure effective discipline, security, access control, and protection of company assets.
• Manage manpower administration, employee welfare, transportation, mess, and related facilities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain liaison with Labour Department, EOBI, Social Security, Police, and other government authorities.
• Oversee factory maintenance, housekeeping, safety, firefighting, and emergency preparedness.
• Monitor movement and control of raw materials, finished goods, scrap, and other assets.
• Conduct regular factory/warehouse inspections and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Manage administrative contracts and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Support factory management in maintaining operational discipline and a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

• Retired Major or above from the Armed Forces will be preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or a related field;
• 8+ years of relevant experience in administration, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment.
• Strong knowledge of factory administration, labour matters, security, facilities, employee services, and government compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and administrative/ERP systems.
