Inventory Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Specialist with an Accounting Background to manage store-to-store transfers, maintain accurate records, and support inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, effective communication abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Role and  Responsibilities:

• Manage and track store-to-store transfers in both system and Excel sheets.
• Prepare and analyze inventory and transfer reports.
• Communicate with store teams via email and phone to confirm transfers and handle tag reprints.
• Ensure all transfer documents, shipping labels, and receipts are accurately recorded.
• Monitor pending transfers and follow up for timely completion.
• Support management with other inventory-related activities as needed.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Atleast 2 years of experience in inventory control roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, and reporting).
• Strong communication skills — written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Experience with inventory management systems (ERP or POS) is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.

Shift Details:

• This position requires availability during the night shift to support store operations and reporting needs.
