Position: Driver Recruiter – US Last Mile Operations

Salary Package: PKR 100,000 - 120,000 (Depending on experience)

Location: PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Working Hours: Rotational Shifts – 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM & 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

We are looking for an organized, professional, and dependable Driver Recruiter to support the US recruitment and onboarding of Delivery Drivers for US Last Mile Operations.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Recruit, screen, and communicate with Delivery Driver candidates.
• Conduct or coordinate interviews and follow up through calls, texts, and emails.
• Coordinate background checks, MVRs, drug testing, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Assist with new driver orientation and onboarding
• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records.
• Work closely with management to fill open driver positions efficiently.
• Excellent English communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and follow-up skills are required.
• Previous experience in recruitment, logistics, driver recruiting, or US-based operations will be preferred.
