Job Description

Propstar Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Representative to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting overall business growth through strategic prospecting and thorough market research. This position demands strong communication, research, and organizational skills, along with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients using various online platforms and prospecting tools.
- Generate and qualify leads based on established business criteria.
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients via calls and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate lead records and regularly update CRM systems.
- Build and sustain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently producing high-quality leads.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth lead handovers.
- Monitor lead generation performance and suggest improvements to processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets consistently.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently achieve performance goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate, BPO, Tele-sales, or Outbound Sales environments.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques and prospecting strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management tools.
- Understanding of sales funnels and customer acquisition processes.

Location: Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS Block 6, Karachi
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
