DIGIT-IT is looking for a motivated Chat Support Agent to join our team on a Part-Time Evening Shift.

Position: Chat Support Agent
Experience: Freshers to 6 Months
Shift: Part-Time – Evening
Location: Office 4 & 5, 2nd Floor, Hina Center, Block 13 A Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Job Type: Part-Time / On-Site

Requirements:

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• 0–6 months of experience in chat support, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Good written English and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Willingness to learn and meet assigned targets.
• Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through chat.
• Respond to customers professionally and promptly.
• Provide information about services and assist with customer queries.
• Follow up with potential customers when required.
• Maintain proper communication and records.
