JOB DESCRIPTION

CreatifSoft is looking for a passionate, result-driven and highly motivated “Customer Support Representative”. The ideal candidate must be capable of maintaining a good relationship with customers. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Deal with our international and local customers on call, emails and live chat.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
