WE’RE HIRING | CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – US HEALTHCARE

Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Full-Time | Onsite
Shift: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM PKT | Monday–Friday
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 90,000

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from patients/customers
• Route calls to relevant departments
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Manage and confirm appointments
• Make outbound follow-up calls
• Patient engagement & upselling
• Maintain call logs and documentation
• Follow call etiquette and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Fluent English speaking is MUST
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Prior US customer service / US BPO experience preferred
• Healthcare BPO experience is a plus, but NOT mandatory
• Inbound & outbound calling experience required
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Basic computer, CRM and data-entry skills
