International Business Development Executive – Design Unit

Experts Communication is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented International Business Development Executive to join our Design Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in international sales of design services and creative solutions, with a strong focus on lead generation, client acquisition, and closing high-value deals. This role is based in North Nazimabad, Karachi, and requires working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close international sales for design services, including branding, web design, and UI/UX solutions.
- Identify potential clients, understand their specific needs, and offer customized design solutions.
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, product demonstrations, and negotiations to successfully secure deals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as design, marketing, and project management to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and monitor key performance indicators to consistently meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients to encourage upselling and repeat business.
- Stay updated on global design trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in international business development or sales within design or creative services.
- Solid understanding of design services, including branding, web design, and UI/UX solutions.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently during night shifts.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing near North Nazimabad.
