Position Global Certification Associate

• Process CoC, CNCA-related documentation, ECTN/CTN, and other destination-specific certifications.
• Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies, including SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, and Cotecna.
• Handle B/L verification, amendments, and related shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and inspection agencies to ensure timely certification.
• Verify shipment documents and ensure compliance with destination-country requirements.
• Track applications, follow up on pending approvals, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a relevant field.
• Experience in freight forwarding, shipping documentation, or certification processing.
• Knowledge of B/L, ECTN/CTN, CoC, and international shipment documentation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
