Operation officer

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide top-tier customer service and manage end-to-end logistics operations for
US-based clients.
-Track and trace shipments, manage inventory, and optimize vehicle route management.
-Communicate seamlessly with drivers, port authorities, and network partners.
-Handle dispatch operations efficiently.
-Generate and present analytical reports to customers using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
-Prepare, verify, and submit accurate billing and invoicing.

Early Morning Shifts:
05:00 AM – 02:00 PM
06:00 AM – 03:00 PM
08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Evening/Night Shift:
06:00 PM – 03:00 AM

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
