Fashion Divas seeks a creative and trend-driven Fashion Designer to join our dynamic womens wear e-commerce brand. This role is perfect for a passionate individual with a strong design aesthetic who can develop unique collections that resonate with modern fashion trends and our brand identity. The designer will work remotely, creating diverse womenswear collections including casual, luxury pret, and festive lines, ensuring all designs meet high standards of quality and style. The Fashion Designer collaborates closely with multiple teams such as production and marketing to ensure seamless development from concept to product launch. Although this role does not involve team management, it requires effective coordination skills and a thorough understanding of e-commerce fashion dynamics and customer preferences to drive the success of our collections.
Responsibilities
 

• Develop original designs and seasonal collections for womens wear including casual, luxury pret, and festive categories.
• Create detailed mood boards, sketches, and technical specification sheets that accurately represent design concepts.
• Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments that complement the design themes and ensure high-quality garment construction.
• Coordinate with the production team to oversee sample development, provide design approvals, and maintain quality standards.
• Stay updated with current fashion trends and ensure designs align with both market demands and the brands aesthetic.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support styling, photoshoots, and campaign conceptualization for product launches.
• Research and analyze customer preferences and e-commerce fashion dynamics to tailor collections that appeal to the target audience.
• Maintain organized records of design processes, technical sheets, and material selections for efficient development cycles.
• Demonstrate creativity and keen attention to detail in all design phases, ensuring that every garment combines style with functionality.
