In this position, the Executive Officer will support the Retail Health unit by managing physical and digital filing systems to guarantee accessible and accurate record-keeping. The officer oversees the review and processing of documentation to achieve error-free and compliant outcomes. Daily responsibilities include supporting management in operational duties, coordinating project timelines, and facilitating efficient data entry. Success in this role depends on the individual's organizational skills, ability to analyze healthcare data, and adeptness with content management technology. By contributing to the seamless execution of corporate benefits operations, the Executive Officer directly supports EFU Life Assurance Ltd.'s commitment to quality service delivery and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
 

  • Review incoming and outgoing documentation thoroughly to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory compliance, guaranteeing error-free processing.
  • Maintain, update, and organize both physical and digital filing systems at a high level of accuracy to ensure all company documents are easily accessible and retrievable.
  • Support the management team by assisting with daily operational tasks, including timely coordination and efficient high-speed data entry activities.
  • Track project timelines diligently, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and submitted before specified deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and coordination of retail health and corporate benefits operations.
  • Utilize healthcare data analytics to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency within the Corporate Benefits department.
  • Manage content within digital filing and content management systems to ensure data integrity, ease of access, and compliance with company policies.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills by effectively conveying information, coordinating tasks, and reporting issues promptly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Apply proficiency in MS Office applications to create, edit, and manage reports, spreadsheets, and documents critical for daily operations.
  • Adapt quickly to new processes and technologies within a team environment to maintain productivity and contribute positively to departmental goals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of regulatory and corporate records related to retail health benefits, supporting audit and compliance requirements.
