The ideal candidate brings a minimum of two years of experience in ERP system implementation and optimization, with a strong focus on Odoo development, customization, and deployment. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure seamless data migration, system configuration, and user training, contributing to the efficient operation and enhancement of our enterprise resource planning systems. Responsibilities
As an ERP Specialist at Tecno Group, you are responsible for executing ERP implementation projects from start to finish. This includes planning and coordinating system configurations tailored to business needs and leading data migration efforts to guarantee data integrity and system reliability. You provide hands-on support by addressing user queries, conducting comprehensive training sessions to enhance user proficiency, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the ERP environment. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, you analyze existing workflows and suggest improvements through system enhancements. You must be proficient in customizing ERP modules and troubleshooting any technical issues to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
