We're Hiring: Coordinator to Director
Amros Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced and highly organized Coordinator to Director to optimize workflows, and ensure strong coordination across internal functions. This role will serve as a strategic support to the Director, providing timely insights, follow-ups, and high-level coordination oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely execution of all workflows.
• Streamline and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Serve as the primary coordinator to the Director, providing regular updates, progress tracking, and follow-ups on assigned tasks.
• Develop, review, and update daily/weekly/monthly plans, schedules, and performance reports.
• Analyze data, identify gaps, and recommend strategic improvements.
• Monitor task progress and escalate issues proactively to avoid delays.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, maintain documentation, and support decision-making with accurate insights.
• Facilitate high-level meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure effective communication flow.
• Assist in resource forecasting, workload distribution, and maintaining operational readiness.

Qualification: Supply Chain (Bachelor's/Master's)

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in relevant field in pharmaceutical industry

Location: Ahsanabad, SITE Area II, Karachi

Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
