Computer Lab In-Charge (Female)

We are looking for a committed IT professional to join our team in a full-time role. The successful candidate will have a solid background in computer science or related fields and experience in teaching or managing short IT courses as well as overseeing IT lab operations. This position requires coordinating with trainers and students, managing schedules, and ensuring the efficient functioning of learning platforms and computer labs. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to effectively engage with both trainers and students and to maintain a productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach or manage short IT courses, ensuring high-quality delivery and active student engagement.
- Supervise IT labs, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting of lab systems.
- Coordinate with trainers to organize course schedules and activities.
- Manage student interactions and provide support to meet their learning needs.
- Oversee the operation of learning platforms and ensure smooth functioning of computer labs.
- Demonstrate leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration between trainers and students.
- Utilize project and time management skills to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflows.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (e.g., BSCS, BSIT, BCS).
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in teaching or managing IT courses and labs.
- Familiarity with learning platforms and computer lab operations.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu languages.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for IT lab systems.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Master’s degree or Post Graduate Diploma in related disciplines is preferred.
- Certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from recognized providers such as Google, IBM, Microsoft, or Coursera.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
- Graphic design certifications for tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Web design skills including HTML, CSS, WordPress, or frontend development experience.
- Video editing proficiency using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software.
- CIT or equivalent IT diploma.
- Additional certifications from Google, Meta, or Microsoft will be considered an advantage.
- This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary of Rs40,000.
