Nurse

Fatimid Foundation seeks a dedicated Nurse with at least three years of experience to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and is skilled in monitoring patient vital signs, administering medications, managing electronic health records, and coordinating care among multidisciplinary teams. This role demands meticulous attention to detail in clinical documentation and adherence to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety and comfort. This Nurse position contributes directly to positive patient outcomes by responding promptly to emergencies, performing thorough patient assessments, and delivering compassionate care. The role requires effective communication with patients and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated treatment plans and seamless care transitions. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in measuring blood pressure, temperature, and other vital parameters while maintaining up-to-date electronic health records. As this role does not include team management, the Nurse will focus on individual patient needs and collaborative patient-centered care within the healthcare team.
Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of medical equipment related to patient monitoring.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance audits to enhance nursing practices and patient safety.
