PsychPlus operates in the United States with a focus on modern mental health care delivery. The organization supports psychiatry and therapy services through in person and virtual care models. The Karachi team supports US based revenue cycle operations with strong process ownership and accuracy focus.

Job Overview
PsychPlus is hiring for two leadership roles in Revenue Cycle Management. Team Lead RCM and Assistant Manager RCM positions support US based mental health billing operations. Both roles require strong domain expertise in behavioral health billing and hands on experience with CollaborateMD.

Responsibilities

Team Lead RCM

• Manage daily billing operations and workflow
• Support AR follow up, claims processing, and denial resolution
• Guide and monitor junior billing staff
• Ensure accuracy in billing and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Assistant Manager RCM

• Lead RCM team performance and output
• Own KPIs and operational targets
• Improve billing processes and efficiency
• Oversee AR recovery and denial management strategy
• Manage reporting and performance tracking

Requirements for both roles

• Experience in Mental Health, Behavioral Health, or Psychiatric billing
• Hands on experience with CollaborateMD
• US healthcare RCM experience
• Strong understanding of billing workflows, AR, and denial management
• Strong English communication skills

Additional requirements

Team Lead RCM

• 2 to 4 years US RCM experience
• Experience in team support or supervision

Assistant Manager RCM

• 4 to 7 years US RCM experience
• Proven team leadership and KPI ownership

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs195,000.00 per month
