Job Summary

Job Location:

Malir City, Karachi.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Assist the Superintendent in providing pastoral care and fostering a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for boarders.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the boarding academy, ensuring students’ well-being, personal hygiene, discipline, and daily routines.
• Monitor students’ academic, social, and personal development, with special attention to younger boarders and those requiring additional support.
• Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, and laundry operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, nutrition, and student care.
• Ensure the health, safety, and security of boarders, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with healthcare personnel when required.
• Maintain accurate records, report incidents and student welfare concerns, and follow established boarding policies and communication protocols.
• Support academy activities, coordinate with parents and other stakeholders, and assist with substitutions, emergencies, and other operational requirements.

Required Skills

 Skills And Qualifications:

• Minimum Intermediate completed.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in hostel/boarding management, student care, education, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining discipline, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Willingness to work 10- 12-hour shifts, including rotational duties and emergency coverage, as and when required.
