About the Role

PsychPlus is seeking an experienced Neuropsychologist to lead our Neuropsychological Evaluation Service Line. This is a leadership-focused role centered on developing clinical workflows, maintaining quality standards, supporting program growth, and providing clinical guidance. While evaluations may be conducted as needed, this position is not focused on maintaining a traditional testing caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Neuropsychological Evaluation Service Line.
• Develop clinical workflows, protocols, and best practices.
• Ensure quality and consistency across evaluation services.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership.
• Provide clinical consultation, mentorship, and support.
• Conduct neuropsychological, neurodevelopmental, and psychological evaluations as needed.

Qualifications

Required

• Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology (or related field).
• Leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Strong knowledge of neuropsychological evaluation and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills

Preferred

• Experience with U.S. healthcare organizations.
• Experience building clinical programs or service lines.
• Mentoring or clinician supervision experience.
