Vexelscales is seeking a motivated Cold Calling Executive responsible for actively reaching out to potential clients to promote and sell website services. The role requires an individual with at least two years of experience in sales, focused on cold calling techniques to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. The candidate will manage a small team of two individuals, guiding and supporting them to meet sales targets consistently. This position demands strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to engage customers effectively in a competitive market. The Cold Calling Executive will be instrumental in expanding Vexelscales' customer base by identifying new business opportunities through outbound calls. The role is pivotal in maintaining client relationships and delivering comprehensive information about the company's website sales offerings. Leadership responsibilities include monitoring team performance, coaching team members, and ensuring that sales strategies align with the overall goals of Vexelscales.
Responsibilities
 

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell website services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for further sales discussions.
• Manage and lead a team of two sales executives, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement effective cold calling strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Track and report sales activities, results, and customer feedback to management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the companys website products and industry trends.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and customers to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales approaches and customer offers.
• Provide ongoing training and motivation to team members to improve their sales techniques.
• Identify and analyze market competition to inform sales strategy adjustments.
