The Branch Manager at HBL plays a critical role in driving the branch's success by leading a team of 7 individuals and managing all branch operations efficiently. This position requires a seasoned professional with at least 6 years of experience in the banking industry, possessing strong leadership capabilities and expertise in sales management, customer relationship management, and risk control. The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring the branch meets and exceeds its deposit targets within a range of 900 million to 1 billion, while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational compliance. In this role, the Branch Manager develops and implements strategic plans to grow business, enhances the client experience, and motivates the team to achieve individual and collective goals. The position demands a proactive approach to managing risks, resolving customer issues, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. As a key leader within HBL, the Branch Manager fosters a positive work environment, drives continuous improvement, and upholds the companys values and policies in all aspects of branch management.
Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and supervise a team of 7 staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure effective branch operations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve deposit targets between 900 million and 1 billion, focusing on both customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage customer relationships by delivering high-quality service and resolving inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement risk management procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate potential financial, operational, and compliance risks at the branch level.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, preparing regular reports to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies, promoting ethical conduct and safeguarding the branchs reputation.
  • Collaborate with other departments and branches to share knowledge, support cross-functional initiatives, and leverage resources for business growth.
  • Oversee daily branch operations, including cash management, account maintenance, and administrative functions to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead initiatives to improve operational processes and customer service workflows for enhanced branch productivity and client experience.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to align objectives, provide feedback, and encourage professional development.
