Accounts Officer

Job Description

Kitchen Cuisine is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to support the Finance & Accounts team at KCFC-KHI. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in Accounting/Finance and a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. The role will focus on cash pouch operations, transaction recording, cash and bank reconciliation, financial documentation, and reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software is required.

Responsibilities
 

• Manage and maintain cash pouch records and transactions.
• Perform cash and bank reconciliations.
• Record financial transactions accurately in the ERP/accounting system.
• Verify receipts, payments, and supporting documents.
• Prepare cash and financial reports as required.
• Identify and report discrepancies in financial records.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
• Support audits and internal financial controls.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for financial information.
