WE’RE HIRING — US SALES EXPERT

We are looking for an experienced US Sales Expert who can confidently handle the complete sales cycle and drive business growth in the US market.

If you have a proven track record of selling to US-based clients, building strong relationships, generating qualified opportunities, and consistently closing deals — we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business opportunities in the US market.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups with US prospects.
• Handle the complete sales cycle — prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with US clients.
• Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Stay updated on US market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven sales experience in the US market.
• Strong B2B/B2C sales and business development experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• Strong cold calling and lead-generation skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
• Ability to handle US clients professionally and build long-term relationships.
• Experience in IT Services, Digital Marketing, SaaS, POS, or other technology solutions will be a strong advantage.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
