Job Description

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least six months to one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining product features, and converting leads into successful sales to support the company’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients to promote company products and services.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Professionally handle customer queries and objections to facilitate sales.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and call records.
- Adhere to campaign procedures and quality standards to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident and persuasive personality with a sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic computer proficiency to manage records and communication tools.
- Ability to work night shifts effectively, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Highly motivated with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
