US Healthcare Customer Support Specialist – Night Shift | Karachi

Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM PST | Monday – Friday
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, handling inquiries, orders, and supply-related issues.
-Coordinate with doctors, insurance providers, and internal teams to resolve patient issues efficiently.
-Perform insurance eligibility checks and obtain prior authorizations.
-Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure smooth operational workflow.
-Handle inbound calls professionally while maintaining high patient satisfaction.

Requirements:
-Strong English communication skills (speaking & writing) for US clients.
-Prior call center, customer support, or sales experience.
-Comfortable working night shifts onsite in Karachi.
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:
-DME / US healthcare experience
-LinkedIn / B2B sales, design, or creative sales
-SaaS, telecom, or other customer support experience
