Job Description:
Venus Aesthetics is currently seeking skilled and compassionate Female Aesthetic Operators, including Nurses, Nurse Assistants, and MLT's, to join our team in Karachi (Shaheed e Millat Branch). The ideal candidates will have a strong background in healthcare, with a passion for aesthetics and a commitment to delivering exceptional care and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform aesthetic treatments as required.
• Assist in providing comprehensive care and support to clients undergoing aesthetic treatments and procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment, ensuring cleanliness, sterilization, and compliance with infection control protocols.
• Educate clients about treatment procedures, pre- and post-care instructions, and potential side effects or risks.
• Address client questions, concerns, and inquiries with professionalism and empathy, providing reassurance and support throughout their aesthetic journey.
• Assist Aesthetic Physicians during procedures, including preparing patients, administering medications or topical treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
• Perform routine tasks such as taking measurements, recording patient data, and documenting treatment progress accurately.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices during procedures, minimizing risks and ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Nursing, MLT, or a related healthcare field.
• Valid professional license and registration with the relevant regulatory authority.
• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, with exposure to aesthetics preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures, infection control practices, and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.
