Responsibilities
 

  • Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals and potential customers in the assigned territory to promote pharmaceutical products and build strong relationships.
  • Effectively present and demonstrate product features and benefits using product presentation software and well-prepared sales materials.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and territory plans to maximize product exposure and increase market share.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, market research, and networking activities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by identifying prospects, maintaining accurate records, and tracking sales activities to ensure consistent follow-ups.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales terms with customers to close deals effectively and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and provide customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities and challenges within the territory.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies during all sales activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacology and pharmaceutical products to provide accurate information to healthcare providers.
