Our client is seeking experienced psychiatrists to contribute clinical expertise to the development and evaluation of AI systems in mental health care. This role combines psychiatry, research, and AI training to ensure intelligent systems accurately reflect clinical best practices, ethical standards, and patient safety.

Role Overview

As a Psychiatrist AI Trainer, you will leverage your expertise in diagnosis, psychopharmacology, and psychotherapy to guide AI models. You will design training datasets, validate AI outputs, and ensure all systems reflect real-world psychiatric reasoning, ethical guidelines, and evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and curate training datasets reflecting authentic psychiatric scenarios and clinical best practices.
• Review AI-generated outputs for diagnostic accuracy, psychopharmacological recommendations, and psychotherapy approaches.
• Translate psychiatric knowledge into AI-understandable formats in collaboration with engineers and researchers.
• Ensure AI outputs adhere to DSM-5 / ICD-10 standards, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements.
• Provide expertise in psychopathology, neuropsychiatry, and risk assessment protocols for AI evaluation.
• Produce clear, structured written and verbal reports documenting findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance AI applications in psychiatric care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatrist with substantial clinical experience.
• Deep expertise in diagnostic assessment using DSM-5 and/or ICD-10 criteria.
• Proficiency in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy approaches, and psychiatric disorder management.
• Strong knowledge of psychopathology, neuropsychiatry, and risk assessment/crisis intervention.
• Comprehensive understanding of ethical and legal issues in psychiatry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, remote environment while meeting deadlines.
